About Therapy Sessions
Talking with a therapist can help you to work through immediate concerns such as guilt, grief, anger and conflict, and explore the causes of stress and anxiety. Talking about feelings can feel like hard work and at times emotional, but clients often speak about the relief, comfort and laughter they experience in sessions.
Sessions generally last for around 50 minutes.
Prior to your initial session you will receive a phone call to gather some information to determine if one of our therapists will be able to support you.
