About Therapy Sessions
Talking with a therapist can help you to work through immediate concerns such as guilt, grief, anger and conflict, and explore the causes of stress and anxiety. To help with this, we offer a free, no obilgation 15 minute phone consultation so that you are able to get a feel for a therapist, their modalities and have the opportunity to ask any questions. Sessions generally last for around 50 minutes.
Prior to your initial session you will receive a phone call to gather some information to determine if one of our therapists will be able to support you.
