Everything you share with me and discuss in our sessions will be treated as highly confidential.

If I have strong grounds for believing that serious harm may occur to you or anyone else
If your records have been subpoenaed (requested) by a court of law
If another party or agency has requested your information, and you have agreed and provided me with your written consent to this
If there is evidence of child abuse, neglect, or sexual abuse of a person under the age of 16 at the time of the appointment.
